We find since our technicians start in the new construction department with our top trades persons our apprentices become the top of their game when arriving in our service department as road technicians. Our technicians work under our journeys man for approx. 3 years before entering the service department at this time they are required to work on their Canadian Fire Alarm Association Certificate and pass every manufacturer course with 85% or greater as repair technicians. Our technicians are pushed to be top of their game in every way due to being in the fire industry it is very important to be positive and correct each time they work on fire alarm systems. Our current test and inspection required testing is as per the Ontario Fire Code and CAN/ULC S-536-04 and the National Fire Code. Installations are as per The Ontario Building Code, The Ontario Fire Code, Electrical Safety Authority, and CAN/ULC – S524-06 Installation of Fire Alarm Systems.
